Andrew Scott is Senior Director of Economics at EIT overseeing the economic analysis across the Institute’s Humane Endeavours. He is a Professor of Economics at London Business School, a Research Fellow at the Centre for Economic Policy Research and previously held positions at All Souls, Oxford University, the London School of Economics and Harvard.
His research and writing (The 100-Year Life and The Longevity Imperative) focus on longevity and an ageing society and has been widely published in leading economic journals. He has acted as an advisor to a range of UK and global institutions on issues to do with longevity, ageing and economic policy more generally.
